We’re celebrating Cow Patti’s 18th season of Dinner Theatre, with the astounding success of our production of Who’s Under Where?, at the Lacombe Golf and Country Club. We served a heck of a lot Triple A Prime Rib, saw a lot of new and familiar businesses celebrating the season with us and we are so pleased to have raised such an astounding amount of money for our eight benefits: $23,597.00 for Kasota East Camp, Medical Mercy Canada, Father Lacombe Travel Club, All That Jazz- Let the Children Dance, Rotary Club of Lacombe Day Break, GramaLink Africa, Lacombe Performing Arts Center Foundation, Ponoka Midget B Hockey Team and the Ponoka Air Cadets.
The staff and management at the Golf Course were astounding in their food and service. The actors from as far as New Brunswick and Toronto and as close as our own back yard- took seven weeks and worked their butts off to provide us with unsurpassed talent. The technical crew provided a safe and audience/actor friendly set. Our sponsors took the challenge and supported live professional theatre. The media participated and were generous with their articles and promotion in helping us put Cow Patti and Lacombe AB on the entertainment map. For all involved onstage and backstage, we thank you for your support and look forward to working with you again.

Well, the stage is back in storage, and the course is full of golfers. I just want to take a moment to reflect on the success of The Cow Patti Theatre Company and the Lacombe Golf and Country Club’s astounding 2013/14 Dinner Theatre Season.
From the start it has been the theatre's business to entertain people ... it needs no other passport than fun. This, in part, is the through line of the Cow Patti Theatre Company, Fusing the best homemade meal in Central Alberta, the finest professional theatre and the opportunity to provide our communities with unique fundraising entertainment. Our 2015/16 Season will be all this and more; we will have four and a half weeks of offered Christmas Party bookings, sixteen available benefits which will result in nine and a half weeks of laughter, fine food and community awareness. We are very excited to offer up two Canadian plays in our 2015/16 Season, our first show: Ethan Claymore and our second: The Cemetery Club.
I would like to personally thank one and all for being a part of the Herd at Cow Patti: our actors, directors, our backstage crew, our front of house staff, the staff and management of the Lacombe Golf and Country Club, our actors’ billets, our sponsors, the media, our benefactors and our audiences, all of you, thank you for helping us put Cow Patti on the entertainment map in Central Alberta. See you all next season!
